Deep Thoughts

Dear Pablo and fan club members,

I have been thinking about this whole Joey situation and I have decided that I am going to be nicer to him. He is just a little kid and he doesn't have a mommy cat any more. Monica and I had this whole big house and our brand new big Outside territory. There is room enough to spare. Denis and Tracy sure like him, so he must not be too bad a kid. So I'm turning over a new leaf. I might be able to teach him a thing or two.

Plus, his food tastes really good.

That is very nice of you, Phoebe! And you will have lots of fun with him, playing and stuff. And the food is a big bonus too...
I think you made a very smart decision!

Great news, Phoebe! I admire you for having the courage to rethink and then change your stance. Despite the obvious food-sharing benefits, I think I would find it very hard to share with anycat!

Hmmm. There is that... because of Victor, we have scratchers, a tower, better food, and regular treats. Well, you're a better cat than I if you can learn to live with him. *I* should have remained an ONLY cat. Stoopid beans. Grumble grumble.
PS you're lovely, dear.

It took me a while to Phoebe, but I also learned to like Kavan. However, be sure you teach him right from the start who the top cat is!

Awwww, how sweet of you, Phoebe! You're going to be a wonderful big sister.

Thank you so much for your purrs for my sweet sister, Brainball -- I was so happy yesterday when she started feeling better that I gave her a kiss on the ear. *smile*

Purrs and snuggles from Marilyn!
